The best way to apply fake tan will depend on the type of formula you are using. If you’re using a serum, such as The Body, your hands are the best tools to use. For mousses or gels, you’ll want to use a mitt for a natural, even result.I used the Bondi Sands Everyday Gradual Tanning Milk for about two days before I noticed a colour change and by day 4 I looked like I had a light tan. It didn’t get any darker than light tan level before it starts to fade. It wears well. I sometimes find with full on fake tan products that it comes off unevenly- so I’m still tanned on my knees but my calves are white. As long as you keep using the gradual tanning milk, you’ll keep the colour going.
