About this deal

And so, every weekday at 10am GMT for the next 4 weeks, I’ll be doing a live streamed coworking session that you’re very welcome to join. Whenever I finish a shift I’m always like “wow, that was a challenge, but I feel like I learnt a lot and made a meaningful contribution to someone’s life”. I've even given a few talks on productivity and entrepreneurship, and have helped over 3000 people on their YouTube journey through my Part-Time Youtuber Academy.

It turns out it's less about the things we usually think about, like managing your time or creating more efficient systems, and more about finding the things that give you energy.

As part of a new monthly series I’m going to update my public journal about the various goals I’m working towards and make sure I’m allocating my resources to those things that give me the most rewarding outcome. I can sometimes end up in a spiral whereby anytime I’m not working I feel guilty that I’m not generating content or keeping across my subscriber numbers.

Neel featured in a recent episode of my podcast, and his blog is an amazing source of inspiration for anyone interested in living a more meaningful life.

I've also been a guest on a few podcasts like Diary of a CEO, Smart Passive Income, and the School of Greatness. We might think that the idea of not constantly chasing growth is quite novel in a world where every start-up just seems intent on gaining traction as fast as possible, growing as fast as possible, making money as fast as possible – ultimately aiming for growth at all costs. It's partly because I am the type of person who thinks a lot about the systems and tools that can help me be more productive, and it's partly because I know that it's a thing a lot of people care about. The worst thing we can do is neglect our friends and family, as our relationships are our biggest source of happiness. Ali Abdaal is a doctor, entrepreneur, amateur magician, and the world's most-followed productivity expert.

I didn't expect to learn many new things from this book; I thought it would be a collection of what you mentioned in your videos, which would have been okay for me. You can listen to our entire conversation on the Undigital Podcast ( Apple Podcasts / Spotify), but I want to share what I think are a few highlights from our conversation here. Here, he reveals everything he has learnt from a decade studying the secrets of feeling better and achieving more. We run courses for medical school applicants, and we made an online bank of questions for those applicants too.Motivation factors are the aspects of our jobs that challenge us and offer us opportunities for personal growth.
