About this deal

Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws.

To mirror the build of the soldiers with these cultist, I added two further bodies from a second sprue and will build different types of henchmen. Not much to say, except this is an affordable way to get a nice set of figures that with a bit of kitbashing will be excellent for fantasy, sci fi or even modern genres. I actually kept a Sprue of 5 figures aside waiting for new books in case a new soldier type emerges that I would like to build with a cultist theme. You can block or delete them by changing your browser settings however, as described below under the heading " How can I control cookies? Bards and pack mules both have daggers and nothing else, so it's tough to make one without a number of cuts. In case you aren't feeling the math, here is the maximum of what you could make of each mercenary type from a single box.

They perform functions like preventing the same ad from continuously reappearing, ensuring that ads are properly displayed for advertisers, and in some cases selecting advertisements that are based on your interests. Next came “Lucky” Frink, a Man-at-Arms who has somehow managed to elude death’s embrace, despite suffering grievous wounds in service to the Despaine Sisters. As mentioned with the other kits, the 20 soldiers give you enough for two warbands or one with a stable sideboard, just add a wizard/warlock/mage of your choice and you're good to go for Frostgrave.

Great looking war band either way, and yes many a player has been sucked into ‘Just one more Wizard and Warband’! The two handed cultist mace fits the soldiers and looks quite good, and the crossbows from the soldiers look fine on the cultists. Frink believes the Necromancers are the secret to his longevity, and that it’s in his best interest to stay in their employ. They normally come from the lowest rung of society and have few useful skills and little combat training.

I wish the massive mace and the axe hand weapon had followed this motif, they seem quite brutal, but they don't have the morose flair. I used the Cultists box for this set, along with some spare parts from the Soldiers set to give me some extra weapon and equipment options. It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as well as your rights to control them. We add the heads or better said hoods, as I went with the closed hoods as far as possible, to underline the aspect that these are cultists. I’m working on more designs for other magical disciplines in the game, but these have me pretty happy, and a lot more psyched for a game.By that we mean the arms, heads and equipment are interchangeable, giving you even MORE choice to built a unique and personal Warband. The barbarians are bulkier for sure and are good stand ins for Chaos Marauders, and even Marauder Horsemen pieces seem at home on them. This set does introduce hands to the sprue, you can remove a hand from an arm and attach one that does it for you.
