Meditation 1 starts with the Body-Part Induction while Meditation 3 starts with the Water-Rising Induction. This book could benefit from at least 100 pages removed which would probably make the audio book 2-3 hours less. So, depending on which Induction you want to use, either start each session with Meditation 1 (Body-Part Induction) or Meditation 3 (Water-Rising Indcution).

There is a juncture point at which you get stuck, stop learning, and get hung up on the past, and you either break free or fall into oblivion. The book starts as a meditative introduction and then looks deeper to a theory of intrinsic energy of all things.It would be best used with the book of the same name; however, I have found a PDF of his book so I'm working with that, which should please people during this difficult time financially.
