Day 14 and today’s treat is……..Ahh it’s our Award Winning Apple Loves Mint!! Apple Loves Mint is a firm favourite around Suki HQ & beyond. The flavour it gives of sweet apple and papaya, followed by a subtle rose hint and finally fresh mint makes for a winning combination! In a glass, combine 90 ml of 'Apple Loves Mint' tea, honey, apple cider vinegar and stir until the honey dissolves.

This Apple Peppermint Iced Tea recipe is one that my kids request on a regular basis. That and my virgin Mojitos. My kids can’t get enough of either and so it’s a good thing we have two very large peppermint patches in our garden. Easy to make and deliciously refreshing, this Apple Peppermint Iced Tea is the summer perfect beverage! Look where our Apple Loves Mint got to this week.....it's the Bushmills Distillery! A classic blend and a stunning iced tea - the all time Suki favourite, our Apple Loves Mint Tea, those rose buds are the perfect garnish!Another thing we make thorough use of is our homegrown apples. Every year we harvest them and I get to work preparing them every which way including making apple butter, fruit leather, dried apple rings, apple cakes and apple sauce. And of course freshly squeezed apple cider. (Read more about our apple cider press HERE.) Simply put the peppermint leaves in the boiling water, turn it off, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes or so. Drain and let the tea cool. Add the apple juice and chill, and then serve with ice. In this time, add the wedges of lime, the mint leaves and 2 spoonfuls of sugar to your glass, user a muddler to mash the mint leaves & lime in the glass
